Hi, I’m Tanisha.
Hello!
I'm Tanisha — a mission-driven project and operations consultant known for bringing calm to complexity. With more than 15 years of experience across nonprofits, healthcare, and faith-adjacent spaces, I help organizations build the structure they need to grow sustainably and serve people well.
My approach is both strategic and relational — grounded in the belief that strong systems should support people, not strain them. Whether I'm helping a team stabilize an important initiative, untangle operational bottlenecks, or navigate a season of growth, my goal is always the same: to create sustainable momentum that lasts well beyond my involvement.
Somewhere along the way, a friend jokingly dubbed me "The PowerPoint Prophet" — mostly because I have a habit of turning big transitions, messy challenges, and complex initiatives into clear, color-coded plans with just the right amount of Canva sparkle. The truth behind the joke? I care deeply about helping good people do meaningful work without burning out in the process.
While many of my partnerships include faith-based and mission-driven nonprofits, my work is rooted in principles that translate across every sector: people first, thoughtful care for resources, and sustainable systems that outlast any one leader. I partner with values-driven teams of all backgrounds who are ready to move from good intentions to clear, confident execution.
